The building comprises over 31,000 sqm of premium-grade office space and approximately 2,500 sqm of ground level retail space. The building is targeting a minimum 5 Star Green Star design rating and 5 Star NABERS rating.

This redevelopment included the construction of an additional nine levels of premium office accommodation and the restoration of the historic Rowe Street laneway. The heritage component (ground to level 10) was extensively modernised while retaining its distinctive features including sandstone facades, marble lobbies and interconnecting staircases.
